I am creating a bot for a USA-based client where we need to manage bookings across 5 time zones. I’ve integrated a calendar with my AI bot to handle bookings through conversations. Since I don’t know the lead’s time zone initially, I ask them during the conversation and then book an appointment in the appropriate calendar.

I plan to create 5 calendars in GHL, one for each time zone (CST, PST, etc.). For example:

If the lead is in CST, I enable the CST calendar and book the appointment there.

If the lead is in PST, I switch to the PST calendar for the booking.

How can I set this up and manage it effectively? Specifically how can i set timezones in each calendar in GoHighLevel. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
