Swadha Bhoj Please add the ability to modify what the message says on the "the cancellation window has expired" page. Telling people to contact the "event owner" isn't helpful. We need to be able to explicitly tell clients how to get in contact with us about their appointment. Please fix 🙏🏾

Shaun Clark this is a sleeper post, this is due or die in the service industry.Just think of it, if someone booked an appointment with you for a hair service at 3pm but they cancels at 2:45pm. That’s so not fair. Every other calendar I used in the past has this cancellation/reschedule policy feature. Please have this asap, it’s crucial.

Hi Britney Landman, Not really what you are looking for, but I think it might help you reduce the last minute cancellations.
I've developed an app that notifies other clients when an appointment is cancelled.
The app searches for future appointments within a range and notifies the clients about a sooner available slot. It is not an active waiting list, but is more a Spot Filler that moves future appointments into cancelled spots. This helps to drastically reduced last minute free slots
