It only works in the main "service calendar menu" or non service calendars such as round robin calendars.
But we need this feature to work in the service calendars because when the calendars is on a funnel step, we need to allow people to book and go to the next step without allowing them to choose the staff member. All of my GHL clients want to choose the staff member internally.
We could embed the main "service calendar menu" which does allow the staff member feature to toggle off but it does not allow us to do a "Go To Next Step" action in funnels.
So, once people book and pay, they will be stuck on the same funnel step. But we need them to go to the next step, which is to sign the contract.
This is why we use the calendar element on the funnel because that element allows us to go to the next step after completing the booking.
The solution to this is to get the GHL dev team to add the same staff member toggle feature that works for round robin calendars and is already a toggle in the "Service Menu" and add it to the service calendars themselves and not just the main service menu that has the entire group of service calendars.
It's almost as if the team added this feature to the Service calendars but forgot to enable it for individual service calendars.
