Add a setting so a staff member can’t be booked for more than one service at the same time, no matter the location. This prevents double-booking — same person, same time, anywhere. See screenshot from competitor system.

Round Robin Calendar Block Slots

When you run a round robin it assigns it correctly but it doesent consider blocked slots. For example if Bob wants to have a 30 minute break at 12PM and puts a blocked slot on there calendar the round robin wont show this time is unavailable. as the other team might have this slot available and of Bob gets unlucky it will assign it to him over his blocked slot for lunch. Does anyone know how to fix this or if there is a work around?
