Smart Calendars with Membership-Based Booking Limits and Class Controls

Currently, GoHighLevel’s calendar system allows for bookings and confirmations, but it does not support native membership-based restrictions, usage limits, or per-client booking caps, which limits use cases for subscription-based or fitness-style businesses.
This feature request proposes an advanced calendar system that enables:
Membership-linked access control: assign each contact to a plan (e.g., Fit, Pro, Unlimited).
Booking limits per period: set maximum bookings per week or month based on the member’s plan.
Auto-block or warn users when they reach their plan’s booking limit.
Automated waitlists for full classes or time slots.
Automatic synchronization with Memberships or Subscriptions (active, paused, canceled).
Trigger automations when bookings are confirmed, canceled, or limits are exceeded.
Attendance analytics dashboard to track occupancy and show trends per class or time slot.
🧠 Use Case
This enhancement is critical for membership-driven businesses such as fitness studios, gyms, training programs, schools, and clubs using GHL as their main operating system.
It would allow these businesses to replace third-party apps like Wodify, Mindbody, or WellnessLiving — consolidating all booking, payments, and membership management directly inside GoHighLevel.
🚀 Expected Impact
Greatly expand GoHighLevel’s adoption within the global fitness and subscription-based industries.
Reduce dependency on external integrations.
Strengthen GHL’s position as a complete operating system for both digital and physical business models.
