When a new Service (Services V2) is created and assigned to a specific user, the service does not automatically inherit the existing working hours configured for that user.
Instead, HighLevel seems to create a new, default availability for that service, which is separate from the user’s already defined schedule. As a result, when checking the user’s availability, the new service appears as if it has its own schedule rather than respecting the therapist’s established working hours.
Expected behavior:
If a service is assigned to a user, it should automatically use the user’s existing availability unless a custom schedule is explicitly defined for that service.
Current impact:
This creates confusion, extra configuration steps, and increases the risk of incorrect availability being shown to patients, especially in clinics with many services and therapists.
