Right now, Services payment mode is one global setting: Online payment, Pay in person, or Card on file. There’s no way to let the customer choose how they want to pay when they book.

Most barber shops and salons need both. Some clients want to prepay online, and some want to pay at the chair (cash, their own card, etc.). Tools like Squire and Clover already let the customer pick at checkout, so this is a blocker when moving shops off those systems onto HighLevel.

Requested:

A “Let customer choose” option in Services → Global settings → Booking payment options. At checkout, the customer picks Pay now or Pay in store.

Optional: a card-on-file requirement for “Pay in store” bookings (no-show protection).

Bonus: per-booking-page payment settings, so different booking pages can use different payment modes.

The current workaround is two separate booking paths using older calendars. That breaks add-ons and multi-service booking, and it risks double-booking the same staff.
