When a staff member creates a booking internally through the Service Calendar V2, there is currently no prompt or option to request or attach a card on file for the client.
For businesses that use card-on-file policies (common in clinics, salons, and wellness businesses to reduce no-shows), this means internal bookings bypass the payment safeguard that online bookings can enforce.
It would be valuable to have the option (configurable, not mandatory) to request a card on file when creating internal bookings, and to trigger a notification to the client to provide their payment details before the appointment is confirmed.
This would bring internal bookings in line with the same no-show protection and payment workflows that online bookings support.
