Service Menu - Don't Collect Credit Card Info if Pay Now amount is $0.

I would like to show the Payment Amount for the Service Items so that the customer knows how much cost. I like that it creates an Invoice automatically. Accept Partial Payment for $0 is an option. So why would someone want to enter their credit card info for $0. That's an unnecessary friction point.
