Right now, we are able to set multiple reminders (email, whatsapp, sms) when a booking is made.

What we can't do, however, is to choose different templates/messages to send according to the reminder.

Example: I set two WhatsApp reminders, one 24hrs before the appointment and the other 1hr before. As of now I am forced to choose the same template, to send at both times. If I want to send different messages (eg. "See you tomorrow" AND "See you in one hour") I can't.
