Resource-Based Calendar Blocking: Shared Space Availability Management

Description:
We need a calendar feature that manages shared resource availability across multiple service providers.
Current Problem:
When multiple staff members share a single physical space (like a recording studio), the calendar system doesn't understand that booking one staff member should block availability for ALL other staff members during that same time slot.
Specific Scenario:
Business has 1 studio room (shared resource)
Multiple engineers available at different times
Engineer A: Available 12pm-6pm
Engineer B: Available 3pm-10pm
Overlap period: 3pm-6pm (either engineer can work)
Current Issue:
If Engineer B gets booked 3pm-5pm, Engineer A still shows as available 3pm-6pm, allowing double-booking of the same studio space.
Requested Solution:
When one staff member is booked in a shared space, the system should automatically block that time slot for ALL other staff members who share the same resource/location. This prevents double-booking while still allowing clients to choose their preferred engineer during available overlap periods.
Business Impact:
This would prevent scheduling conflicts, reduce manual calendar management, and improve customer experience for studios, meeting rooms, equipment rentals, and similar single-resource businesses.
