Request for Feature: Prioritize Full-Time Agents for Bookings

We are currently using your booking system and have 2 full-time agents and 5 contact agents. We would like to request a feature enhancement to improve our booking assignment process.
Our desired setup:
Full-Time Agent Priority: We want the system to assign bookings to full-time agents first, whenever they are available.
Automatic Transition to Contact Agents: Once all full-time agents are fully booked, the next booking should automatically be assigned to a contact agent.
Currently, the system assigns bookings to contact agents even when the full-time agents haven’t been assigned any bookings yet. We would like to know if it's possible to set the system up to prioritize full-time agents until they are fully booked and then move to the contact agents.
We believe this feature would help streamline our booking process. If it's not yet available, we kindly request that this feature be considered for future updates.
