Many of my customers do not have a credit card or PayPal, etc.

However, I only offer my appointments in the service calendar, including payment. Now I would like to provide a coupon code to those customers who do not have a payment method that works with the calendar.

In the online shop, you can select that online payment is no longer necessary for a payment amount of 0.00 EUR. That would solve my problem and certainly that of many others immediately.

Or there are manual payment methods that you can select, whereupon an invoice is created in GHL. Something like prepayment, where the appointment is only confirmed once payment has been received.
