When there is max appointments per slot, these should be able to be reduced to reflect actual available appointments if someone books an appointment and adds guests to their appointment. For example, we have a max of 15 per time slot, if a mom books an appointment and wants to add 2 daughters as guests, I'd like for our number of available appointments to go down to 12 because she added the 2 guests. It currently would only count the mom because she is the main registrant so our available appointments goes down to 14 and that could make us go over maximum occupancy capacity because it appears there are still 14 available appointments.
