Currently when a client schedules a recurring appointment, only the first appointment shows in their client profile appointment section. This essentially means their future appointments can't be found making recurring appointments almost un-useable.
For example: A client books a recurring appointment. Client calls to check when their appointment is. We go to their profile and tell them they have no appointments scheduled, when actually they do have appointments scheduled you just can't see them.
I'm not sure how this is considered a new feature, but that is what I was told to enter. In my opinion this is a serious bug. Client's recurring appointments literally cannot be seen unless you search through multiple calendars. That is a calendar failure issue.
