When my clients have multiple jobs or appointments booked to sync to one opportunity instaed of all opportunities associated with that contact from inside the calendar or from inside the opportunties would make things so much simpler for our admin team. They have tied intergrating the booking but it just doesnt seem to quite work or keep things clear enough without confusing our clients who need us for multiple jobs and appointments and projects.
