I have a very similar case. My client runs in person workshops for artists. She will have 4 different art mediums being taught during the same week. First issue is I can't show the dates of the sessions as we are limited to 12 hours. Also, the instructors are not employees and I really don't want to set them up as a user in GHL which is a requirement with any of the calendars. (I created a set of generic instructors to get around this right now). I talked with the support team and they recommended using the class booking. But then to have different class options they have to be in different calendars. There doesn't seem to be a way to show all the available options to the prospects in one calendar view either. If I use the group functionality, then that creates issues as it doesn't reference dates and the duration is wrong since it says 10 hours instead of 5 days. If I do the group by a date, then that won't work as the same workshop is taught 3 different times in the next 6 months.

It would be great to pick and choose options to add to the 'cart' and then check out with a calendar booking.

Any update on this?

Yes! This would be amazing for training providers who offer in person classes. Select the course you want then it automatically provides the appropriate date options!

Yes!! We have add-ons as well. If client selects CPR/AED and adds a skill boost like bloodborne pathogens, services kinda works but it's one to one, adding the to the class calendar with the ability to assign multiple team members to one class appointment.

This would be so great - especially for class bookings - that way for example a studio will have one calendar for all types of classes they hold and the client choose the class itself in one calendar without switching

I recently contacted support about this for my service business which is currently using Calendly and I cannot move over here because of this limitation. Calendly looks at our calendar for conflicts and allows clients to schedule any of our events where it finds time. Because this is a service business, we are up to 55 events in Calendly (we populated each individual event to give the customer specific booking information so there is no question what they are getting).
