Custom Appointment Status

The current appointment status we can choose from are Confirmed, Showed, No Show, and Reschedule. We're looking for a way to customize or add certain appointment statuses that better match the roadmap of our appointments, such as Ongoing, Finished Treatment, For Review, etc.
This is going to be very helpful in streamlining our automations, not to mention it will help our users become more efficient.

There are many reasons and stages at which you would want to disposition a call. There should just be the option to create additional appointment statuses so it can be used to create different triggers and campaigns. It seems like a no-brainer. I'm very surprised that it isn't a standard feature.

Right now, there are only 3 options for appointments: Showed, No Showed, Unconfirmed.
Allow us to add custom values in that appointment field. E.g. we can add values like Finished Treatment, For Final Confirmation, No Contact etc.
Or just allow us to add a custom field in the calendar module.

Our clients have given us feedback that we think makes sense:
The challenge: an appointment gets requested, the day/time doesn't work for some reason, someone is going back and fourth with the lead about a different day/time but there's no way to differentiate the pending appointments that are in conversation with brand new pending appointment requests.
The solution: add an appointment status called "Pending" that is exactly the same as "Action Required" but just offers a way to visually differentiate between brand new requests and requests that are in conversation.

Most appointment software allows you to add and change appointment statuses. This will help create a pipeline for calendars, with workflows based on the booking status: confirmed, not confirmed, on my way, insurance receipt sent, paid, not paid, finished.

We're a service based business which travels out to customer's homes. We use GHL calendar to schedule appointments. The "Confirmed, Showed, No Show, and Reschedule" doesn't make any sense for us. Let me change it please
