Notes per appointment are very needed. We currently have the ability to write notes per contact but per appointment is also necesary.
I see this SPECIALLY FOR THE MEDICAL INDUSTRY. In order to compete with other crms for Doctor this is very needed so the Doctor can TOTALLY DEPEND on our platform because they makes notes, RECORD THEIR VOICE or sometimes even pictures PER APPOINTMENT.
Please help us with this asap:)

Swadha Bhoj, how can we automatically pass content to this notes field when customers are booking through an online calendar? I see in the tech article you mentioned, "Along with this, bookers' responses in the "Additional Information" field of the default booking form are now visible in the appointment's notes section for easier access.", but there is still no field in the forms builder to populate content into this field.

Yes - for phone calls and for virtual meetings. We need a way to automate it to add to client notes for current and potential clients so anyone that has interaction with them can see the summaries (hopefully AI generated) for history and action.

Yes, definitely needed. The notes/comments should have the option to be internal to team members only.
