NEW SERVICE CALENDAR NOTIFICATION

Hello,
I am having a problem with email notifications for the new service calendar (enabled in the global calendar settings at the sub-account level in the agency view). When I add an appointment confirmation notification for customers and use custom values such as “appointment start date and time,” “name of user assigned to the appointment,” or “calendar name,” these fields remain empty in the email received by the customer.
