Currently, the calendar settings and appointments have a limited number of values that can be referenced.
Add the option to, inside of the calendar settings, add appointment/calendar specific values. For example, items to be referenced in email templates:
  • {{appointment.banner}} = https://storage.goog... (Appointment image banner for emails)
  • {{appointment.note1}} = "*Parking is free, tak...":
  • {{appointment.note2}} = "in-person"
  • {{appointment.note3}} = "Required Materials:\n..."
  • {{appointment.welcome_video_url}}} = https://storage... (Welcome video URL)
I've added a mockup of what this might look like using the calendar's "Import custom code" section.
