Currently, HighLevel’s calendar integration supports Google Calendar, Zoom, and Calendly for embedding a "Join Meeting" button directly in calendar invites. However, for Microsoft Teams meetings, the system only places "Microsoft Teams-meeting" in the location field without generating a clickable "Join Meeting" link.
Why this matters:
  • Many organizations rely heavily on Microsoft Teams as their primary meeting platform.
  • Without a direct Teams integration, users must manually paste the Teams meeting URL into the calendar invite, which is inefficient and prone to error.
  • A native Teams integration would streamline scheduling and improve the client experience, providing the same smooth workflow as with Google Meet and Zoom.
Proposed solution:
  • Enable HighLevel to natively generate and embed Microsoft Teams "Join Meeting" URLs in calendar invites.
  • Ensure the "Join Meeting" button appears in the same way as it does for Google Meet and Zoom.
  • Optionally allow Teams account connection under Settings → Calendars → Connections for automatic link generation.
Impact:
  • Improves usability for businesses that rely on Microsoft Teams.
  • Saves time by eliminating manual steps.
  • Provides a more professional and consistent experience for clients receiving calendar invites.
