Hey legends! I have a much needed update here for the services calendars when it comes to displaying the appointments on my clients calendar.
Currently when a customer books for example 2 services, then the calendar shows the appointments as two separate bookings.
Ideally the slot should combine the two appointments into one and make sure that both services are visible in the appointment information.

Yes, the service menu needs major work:
- Multiple services booked within 1 booking need to be treated as one appointment
- We need to be able to pull the name of each service booked into our automations (as of right now, if we use calendar title or calendar name, it only pulls in the first service booked; this is confusing for the customer)
- The system should only send one reminder that captures all of the services booked
- We need a better way to offer add-on services. Please see the attached screenshot for my recommended format. Also, for add-ons, we need to be able to create add-ons that don't necessarily require booked time
- We also need a better way for customers to be able to book quantities of a service (i.e. the client wants to book a makeup appointment for 2 people. It would be great if there was an option to choose the number of services from a dropdown, which would adjust the amount of time booked as well as the balance due)

Also, can we have the setting updated so that if two services are booked together, the system will keep the same tech?
We have home service businesses, and if multiple services are chosen, the system will give it to different techs, but we can't do that because it's only 1 person who will go to their house!

There is a serious issue with the services calendar. When a client uses the services calendar to book multiple services, each service is created as its own appointment, rather than grouping all the selected services into one appointment. This is causing major confusion for clients regarding appointment reminders and triggering automations from the service booking.
For example, if a client books these three services under the services calendar:
Botox - 3:00 PM
Filler - 3:30 PM
HIFU - 4:00 PM
Each selected service is treated as its own appointment. This means that the client receives all our appointment notifications three times, which is terrible for the client experience. When using the services calendar and selecting multiple services, it should only create one appointment for all services, rather than multiple appointments.
Currently, there are no workarounds that allow us to successfully use 'if then' conditions and also allow the client to reschedule the appointment on their own. Think about how difficult it is for the client to then make a simple reschedule!

Thanks for the feedback below, another issue is that if a client has booked multiple services and they need to reschedule they have to reschedule each service 1 by 1 rather then rescheduling the entire booking. Alot of issues with the current setup causing roadblocks for the service calender

If else in the workflow to check whether or not the client already is in the workflow then add reminders after. Add a wait to it at the start for a minute and then create a separate workflow where you add all the booking names to 1 custom field that immediately triggers and you can then use that in the first one you did. Pain of a workaround, but with some tweaking it can work.

Nathan Admin, I have done this, but this leads to duplicated reminders, which is double sms cost and not great for customer experience (CE), I am using the appointment title to source the name of the treatment for my client's customers to see in their reminders, it would be great if they were able to book multiple services and have multiple appointment titles in their reminders, depending on how many they book, as opposed to them booking 4 different services and getting 4 reminders for 24hours before and 1hour before. Anyway my biggest concern with the service calendar is how long it can get, I have been forced to create 12 different service menus on on landing page for my client, and even then, some of them are still pretty slow to load which is poor for the CE, I doubt it would cost much to enhance the service menus to be able to handle more individual calendars on them, on mobile if you scroll all the way to the bottom, there is a problem with the last calendar, you cant really see it as it gets blocked by your search bar. finally, it would be appreciated if we could add a background to the service menu, honestly it seems completely outdated and untouched by high level, when you think about how advanced the other calendars out there are, i think high level should invest into their service menu so that they can be worth something as a USP.
