When setting up a calendar and assigning a team member, the "Meeting color" picker only offers 11 preset color swatches. For agencies and businesses managing multiple calendars or team members, 11 colors isn't enough to visually differentiate everything.
Suggested Improvements:
  1. HEX Code Input
Add a HEX code input field to the meeting color picker (similar to how the Neo widget customization already supports HEX codes for Primary and Background colors). This would allow users to match exact brand colors and create more distinct visual separation between calendars.
  1. Expanded Color Palette
If a full HEX picker isn't feasible, at minimum expand the preset palette to 20-25+ colors with better variety and contrast.
Why This Matters:
  • Agencies managing 10+ calendars across a sub-account quickly run out of distinguishable colors
  • The current 11 options include several that look very similar at a glance (multiple shades of purple, multiple reds)
This feels like a quick win that would make calendar management significantly easier for power users.
