Event Rental Companies
Would like to see this work for event product rentals like wedding chairs, linens, etc!! My client is using GoodShuffle Pro and it would make so much more sense if we could do also manage rental items. I believe the inventory management might be the only missing piece.
These are some features they have:
*Catch double-bookings before they happen. Detection system flags both immediate and potential scheduling issues, giving you complete visibility into each item’s availability.
*Add as many (or as few) custom details as you want about each piece of inventory. With accessories, attributes, categories, and more, there’s no limit on how you can upgrade your sorting and reporting.
*Check items in and out instantly with the fastest Barcoding in the industry. Our ultra-smart scanning tech works in any condition, even when lighting is dim or labels are worn. Keep your crew moving with real-time tracking, smartphone-based scanning, and an easy-to-use system they can learn in minutes.
*Every time you send or update a quote, your crew gets a digital pull sheet with all the parts, pieces, and extras they need to load. Automatically hide small items from the quote to improve the client experience, while still ensuring your crew sees all the nitty-gritty details.
*Bundle items and services into custom packages, and quickly add them to client proposals or feature them on your website. If you need to edit details for one client, you can easily change their package without affecting the default package on other proposals.
*Have items that need to be cleaned or charged before they go back out, tell the system how long they need, and system will automatically factor the time into conflict alerts.
*You can mark certain items as “Alternates” for any piece of inventory. When an item is over-booked, the software doesn’t just alert you — it shows you which Alternates are available during those dates. This arms you with the info you need to propose a solution.
*Analyze the revenue, usage, and capacity of every item and service you offer. User-friendly dashboards help you find your top performers, which empowers you to make smarter purchasing decisions.

POOL RENTALS
So this is to talk about what is need for this type of business. So there is a platform called Swimply.com (very similar to how AirBnB works) to rent a private pool to guests by the hour.
I have also implemented this calendar as well for that sub-account. And noticed there are limitations to be able to check for availability and by there hour not by the day.
1) If we can work on this as well and get the best way to have the calendar work to booking the same day by the hour and being able to see the available times for that day, that are not already booked. (reference photo)
2) Also being able to have what you would call and add-on (just like in the services feature) but here, we refer to them in this industry as a Amenity to add on for the pool rental such as:
- Heating the Pool $125
- Ice Machine $50
- Portable Party Speaker $35
This will all them to have these amenities there and ready for their booking and when they book it will then allow us to calculate those added amenities.
I look forward to also providing some incite to how all this works on our tech stack currently and to have the capability to have it all over in GHL for the future, please let me know if there is a way to work with your developers on this one as well.

VACATION RENTALS
This is a great move in the right direction. We currently are using a PMS (OwnerRez) for my vacation rentals. I would love to see more integrations to be done with this new feature like dynamic pricing with Price Labs integration.
I have it added and have been exploring for 2 of my companies that needed this and noticed a few things that could be adjusted in order to work properly. Where can I go to let developers to know of these issues and questions on this specific new feature?
1) I know you all have API with AirBnB for the reviews, but being able to open it up to receive booking info (guest info, dates, etc..) and also communication (guest messages in the AirBnB platform and it shows up in our conversations section of GHL. I know they allow that to happen as it works perfectly fine with AirBnB integration to OwnerRez messaging side (reference photo).
2) Having a way to trigger and send out a RA (rental agreement) and collect deposits and photo of drivers license from all booking guests, would be great as well so we can now send it out from GHL versus OwnerRez.
3) Adding other OTA's (Online Travel Agency) other than just AirBnB.com, such as VRBO.com, Booking.com and multiple others out there to have API Integration with.
I would be HIGHLY interested to work with the developers on getting this to where it needs to be as I have well over 15 years in this industry with my own properties and property management for vacation rentals as well. We can show you our process and tech stack that we currently utilize to do what I think you all would like to get to with this newly added feature.
