Improve equal distribution in Round Robin Calendar events

Hi guys,
During a support session I learned that the Round Robin is not actually very round robin. Right now, it is prioritising per day and not per appointment. Meaning that if you have 10 sales guys and you get 10 8 appointments per day, the last 2 agents will never get a booking, as the first 8 will always be prioritised.
I would like to see this being done based on appointments, not on days.
Appointment 1 (independent of day) -> Agent 1
Appointment 2 -> Agent 2
... Appointment 10 -> Agent 10
And then we start over again.
Obviously, when an agent is booked already -> it should go to the next agent and continue with the booked agent as soon as it can.
This way the appointments will be much more evenly distributed among sales team members, which would improve motivation by a lot.
It's a bit hard to explain this, but I hope you guys understand what I mean! It's basically exactly how Calendly and other tools do it.
KR,
Mike

Definitely need this fixed either two ways:
- Allow us to choose our Round Robin Frequency e.g. 24H, 72H, 7D, 30D
- Only restart the logic once every person in the calendar receives an appointment. E.g. 10 Agents, once everyone has one booking assigned to them it would start back at the first one again.

The 24 hour logic is such a weird setup. I guess I will have to manually change the order of the reps every day till it's fixed.

Have a few clients that will leave our whole SAAS due to not being able to adjust this logic period. This should allow options such as 24 Hours, 72 Hour, 1 Week and 1 Month. Or one better allow us to choose the time Frame.
Need this fixed ASAP

Optimize for equal distribution reset timeframe

Hello, I would like the option to be able to adjust the calendar optimization timeframe beyond 24 hours for both 'Optimize for equal distribution' as well as 'Optimize for availability' for users with the same prioritization levels. Currently if appointments are only getting scheduled ever 2-3 days, it is always going to select the first user since no one has had an appointment booked in the past 24 hours.

Most people don't even know about this 24 hour timer until a client complains by saying "the round robin is not working" (which is true). GHL do not explain that 24 hour rule anywhere in their system so unless you stumble upon a proper support agent, you wouldn't even learn of its existence.

I came here looking exactly for this. We have 7 people on a calendar. The 5-7 people never get appt due to this 24 hour setting!

This would be so huge. Not sure why it is currently on a 24 hour rolling period, and your use case is exactly like mine. 10 sales reps, we book about 14 appointments per day, the people on the bottom of the list by default get a massively lower amount of appointments month over month. Either changing it to be based on per appointment, and not a date range, or the ability to expand the range for equal distribution (IE: Per week, Per month etc). How can we make this happen?
