iCal Integration
in progress

Lots of my clients (locations) are Apple users, and have no Google Calendar. Even when I convince them to open a Google Calendar account (for the sake of HL), some then struggle integrating it with their iOS device. I'd love to just have iCal as a native integration option.Additionally, iCal events created in Apple can be imported into Google Calendar for purposes of GHL availability detection, HOWEVER the Free/Busy status does NOT convey over from iCal to Google, so GHL views ALL of the events as 'Busy' and blocks the slot, preventing bookings. So, for instance, if you've created an all-day iCal event to mark a birthday or something, GHL marks the whole day unavailable. Which is fine on MY birthday I suppose, but not all other all-day event scenarios

I am hoping the solution will apply to more than just Apple Cal. I use and have clients that use Zoho Calendar, so I am hoping the solution can apply to just about any calendar. At a minimum can Zapier be used in some manner?

Patrick Muldoon, CPA: I'm also a Zoho user and set up many of my clients on Zoho Mail/Zoho Calendar. Right now there is no way to use the Highlevel calendar features with Zoho Calendar that I can see. However, there should be a ubiquitous "caldav" integration that Highlevel could introduce. Right now I can't even use the solution that I plan to sell to my prospective clients...makes it a tough sell.

Personally, unless something's in my calendar, I'm not going to remember to attend it at a specific time - or to know its details such as Zoom link or physical location. When we book appointments in GHL, there should be an option to send an ics file attachment via SMS or Email so attendees can add it to their own calendars, whether or not they use Google
