I own a beauty and talent agency that works on location. I need to be able to add independent contractors as guests since adding them as customers, leads or team members is not accurate, adding them as team members would result in 400 team members since we service across the country.

I have had to build out an entirely separate sub account just to manage my contractors and I still have to manually enter the contractors into Google Calendar after the client books- and that creates more room for error.

Since I have bookings across multiple time zones, every time I edit the calendar from google it wants to revert to my timezone.

Lastly, inside Google Calendar I am able to select "Chicago Booking" or "Florida Booking" with color codes so I can tell which bookings are mine and which are for other states. If this could be integrated as well that would be extremely helpful.
