When a user sets their availability in the settings it would be great to have they calender grey out the unavailable times so that its easy for the staff using the software to see and manage
For example, if a user is available on Monday from 9am to 11am, then they are unavailble at 11am-1pm due to taking lunch, this area should be greyed out so no other staff are able to make a booking in this gap
Currently, the entire calendar is white. We have booking and blocked-out slots, but the rest of the cells need to be greyed out so it’s visually easier to see gaps in availability.
I have attached a screenshot to show how this works on another booking system
Implementing this feature will make the scheduling process more efficient and user-friendly.
