GHL not adding organizer as guest to google calendar meetings

Leon Manthey
When Go High Level books calendar meetings (any type) and places these meetings onto the google calendar - the owner of the GHL meeting shows up as the organizer of the google meeting, but isn't added as a member/guest to the meeting itself. This causes some double booking issues. See loom for attached explanation: https://www.loom.com/share/c18ce8ef6e4d46db8f64f054356fc431

(Shaun Clark, you said Canny AI was going to clean up the ideas board. I see lots of indications that it isn't doing the job.)

THIS!!! How is this not an issue more people face? It's super weird for the people booking with me that they are the only ones appearing as guests in the Event. Calendly and even Google add you as a guest as the organizer, ONLY GHL does not.
This needs to be addressed.

Leon Manthey, I had the same issues, and while I STILL wonder why I'm not added as an attendee of my own meeting, the PROBLEMS went away when we disconnected and reconnected Google Accounts.

Psych... We still missed Google Calendar notifications since we're not guests on our own meetings, and disconnect/reconnect didn't fix.

I'm having this exact same thing happen. And when clients re-schedule, Google notifications aren't happening (we don't live inside the GHL web-app, so we don't see those notifications).

Caleb Christopher Support told me this was always like this - and that this issue isn't scheduled anytime soon to be fixed. My workaround was by creating a bunch of automations sending internal notifications anytime anything happens regarding the calendar. I think calendars do this normally now too
