Form Conditional Logic to pre-qualify Calendar Appointments

I see there is conditional logic set up in forms already, but when you apply that form in the calendar section, it is not currently working.
It would be great to pre-qualify people before scheduling a call through the calendar.

Right now we have to use two forms, one for conditional logic (basically qualifying and disqualifying) and one for the contact to be tied to the actual appointment in the self scheduler.
We would like to remove the initial conditional logic form and only go with the one that is in the calendar, but the reason we can't do that is because conditional logic for forms in calendars doesn't work right now.
The reason we don't qualify/disqualify via workflows is because we don't even want them to be able to book an appointment in the first place (after calendar form submission)
That's we use 2 forms right now, but ideally we would like to have conditional logic working in the calendar form, so we can switch to a 1 form setup.

I have a similar challenge. My goal is to qualify prospects based on their answers to three of ten questions on a form. I want to do this to give users a better experience and reduce the number of unqualified prospects.
I want to direct the user to either one of two calendars or to my DIY academy based on answers to three questions. I can't do that with the existing conditional logic in forms. Therefore, I have to receive the form data and direct the user to their email or SMS where I will use a workflow to send them the appropriate calendar link or a link to my academy. It's not the best user experience, but it's all I can think of at the moment.
Improving the conditional logic on forms would help me.

c'mon guys.....this is a MUST HAVE feature....it completely cancels the purpose of this conditioning feature if you are not able to use it with calendars
