Time Zone Selection is not apparent to 90% of users resulting in missed calls and confusion. Can it be set up as a mandatory selection option instead of having a default?

Possible to have time zone options to limit to US time zones only? As to not scroll through 50 time zone options when you only have US clients.

The time zone field is currently not selectable in the contact view or as a filter. This should be a parameter that is easy to select and should be mandatory since you can create workflows based on the account or contact timezone.

Making it mandatory for some users when inputting data IF all their clients are only in one time zone can also be problematic

also make timezone selection easier, where they can search their timezones and have them grouped by region like Calendly does.
