Hey HighLevel Team,
I’d like to share some feedback regarding our calendar booking setup. Currently, when I set my Overall Availability Start Time to a non-standard time (like 8:15 AM), the system rounds the free slots to the nearest hour (showing 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, etc.). Setting it to 8:00 AM only yields on-the-hour slots, which doesn’t give me the precision I need.
My goal is to display hourly slots with a custom offset—such as 8:15 AM, 9:15 AM, 10:15 AM, etc.—to help ensure I have sufficient buffer time after meetings (for instance, blocking additional time after a booking so that if a meeting is scheduled at 2:15 PM, no new booking can be made until 4:15 PM). This setup would be ideal for my workflow, especially when I’m about to close a deal and need extra time between appointments.
While I can simulate this behavior with adjusted meeting durations and buffers, it forces a workaround that isn’t as intuitive or transparent for both me and my clients. Enabling a native custom offset for booking slots would not only streamline scheduling but also reduce the risk of overlapping appointments and improve overall user experience.
I’m confident that many other users with non-hourly availability requirements would benefit from this enhancement. Thanks for considering this request—I appreciate your ongoing efforts to improve HighLevel!
Best,
George
