Option to remove synched calendar from list of conflict calendars

We have a generic account that we use to set up our class type calendar items, and it is connected to a google calendar so every one in the team can see it. We have multiple class type calendars in the same time slot. However I find that even though each of the calendars have their own class size limiters set up, each of the calendars conflict with each other.
Since when someone books into a class it creates an event in the google calendar the next event to look for a time slot on that day will fail because GHL now assumes that timeslot is already booked from the other class.
Right now the only fix is to disable syncing the calendar to google altogether which means no one will be able to view the events on their phone except in the GHL app.
Another alternative fix this would be to allow users to "Subscribe" GHL calendars directly from their personal calendar system of choice, the same way an ios user can subscribe to a google calendar and vice versa. This would allow us to remove calendar syncing as explained above while retaining visibility of the events in our users calendars.
Another option would be to allow us to add conflict calendars at the calendar level rather than being tied to an agent/user. Then we could still sync to any given user without worrying about what is set up in that users conflict calendars. At least for class type events where the number of allowable attendees is already set by the event.
Ultimately in our use case we have two google calendars; the default synch calendar to let our instructors know who is booked in for a trail in what class, and a Holiday's calendar that is used to hide availability for booking on stat holidays when we are closed. I'd like the first calendar not to be included in blocking available classes for booking but it is greyed out so I can't uncheck it...

Everyone should NOT see all appointments from the Conflict Calendar
N
Nixon D
When I configure my Conflict Calendar, every staff member can see all events from my main third-party calendars, even if I turn on “Hide Events” and even when those calendars are set to “User Only” and “Assigned Data Only.” In practice I still cannot use it for my studio with this limitation, except with trust friends I don't mind seeing all my data (not scalable)
Conflict Calendars should only block out unavailable times; they should not display any event or form details of the appointments to other staff/team members. As is, all team members can see all other team member's client info. :(
