Idea: Multi-Day Event Calendar for GoHighLevel

Overview

Current GoHighLevel calendars are designed around appointment booking logic rather than true event management. Even the “Events” calendar assumes users are booking time slots, not purchasing access to a complete multi-day experience.

Current Limitation

Businesses running retreats, conferences, workshops, or weekend events face a clunky process because:

Events are treated as individual days or appointments

Customers may need to book multiple days separately

Calendars show unnecessary availability dates

The system is built around scheduling, not ticketed events

Example:

A 2-day retreat should be purchased as one event ticket, not booked as two separate appointments.

Proposed Functionality

Introduce a dedicated Multi-Day Event Calendar that allows:

Single purchase for multi-day events

Event date ranges instead of time-slot booking

Displaying only event dates on calendars

Capacity and ticket controls

Yes, having this availalbe for events with the ability to have a URL to register or to learn more that is available both on websites, funnels, and client portal would be great.

This would allow for lead magnets and the ability for people to understand what is available in the future for someone inside their audience to easily and visually see how they can engage.

This is really needed. There is already one in the community that works great but we cant use it outside of the community. It needs to be available to every one to sign up for an event and visible on funnels and web sites. Please, Please, Please.

This has been voted on for a couple of years now! I'd love to see it get added to the roadmap for development. We had a prospect yesterday who needs an easy way to create an even people can register that will easily populate to his website. The calendar functionality just doesn't offer it like an event management system would. Please add to next updates!

Option to display community events (from Client Portal) on a public funnel/website. As a lead magnet. Or maybe the other way around. Public events on the business calendar should have the option to be linked to the Community events calendar.
