The Rentals Calendar is an excellent feature in GoHighLevel, but it currently has a few limitations that restrict advanced automation and external integrations.

To unlock its full potential, I highly recommend the following updates:

Unique Calendar IDs: Currently, individual & group rental calendars do not have unique, accessible IDs. Exposing these IDs is essential for seamlessly connecting and syncing rental data with GHL AI Studio.

Native Automation Triggers: There is a lack of dedicated events and workflow triggers for rental bookings. Adding specific rental triggers would provide the flexibility needed to link, trigger, and feed real-time data directly into our automated workflows.

These enhancements would significantly improve the flexibility and power of the Rentals Calendar.
