Manual Payment Methods (Urgent)

Many businesses and organizations want to allow manual payment methods and not require electronic payment methods for scheduling paid meetings or registering for paid events or services.

Now you must use online payment methods to schedule a meeting or register for an event even if the deposit is set at zero, which makes it impossible for many organizations to use calendars, because attendees are used to pay at the door (Cash on Delivery) or prepay by transfer funds (bank transfer) outside the system.

Every calendar should have a switch that enables you to allow manual payment methods for paid events.

Variations (Important)

Products can have variations with different pricing so you can sell event tickets with variations / prices; however, you can't add variations / prices to paid appointments or events in calendars hub. Only one price is allowed. Many events have VIP tickets, tickets for adults and tickets for children, etc.

Group registration

You should also be able to register many people at once by adding their first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number and the right type of ticket.

Receipts Value Added Tax & QR Codes

Enable adding VAT rate and show the VAT on the invoice / receipt.

QR-codes should be added as tickets to receipts. Ideally every person registered as a member of a group registration should receive the individual receipt with QR-codes to show at the door.

Manual Payment Method Custom

The data field of the custom manual payment method should allow more words / characters to enable adding company name, bank account information and an email address for sending a copy of the payment slip as the proof of manual pre-payment by external bank transfer.
