We have an online booking calendar that allows leads to book directly with our sales team. Each salesperson has a territory they cover. It would be extremely helpful if we could edit or append the names so leads can select the salesperson closest to their location. (Ex. Jane Doe - Los Angeles, CA). We're constantly having to re-book appointments to the correct salesperson.
