I had a customer pay in cash so I wanted to record the payment, but they didn't pay tax. I know I can set that they paid a lower amount, but then (I think) it will show a balance overdue. Whether it's removing or adding tax, the miscellaneous fee, or just changing the price being charged for the line item for a specific appointment, we need freedom to be able to modify these things on the spot! It feels like I don't have control over what I charge my customers.
