Same here, it would be great to customize the email that is being sent as a confirmation of the appointment booked.

This is so important. I want to make sure they get a custom email, not a generic email that gets sent out. I want a custom branded email that goes out just like Calendly.

Same here. Really would be super to add a Wufoo questionnaire link to the email invite. Funny enough I can add in the calendar invite istself, but not yet in the email. GHL rockstars, please fix.

any update on this ? really need to fix this acknowledge email and be able to edit what is said in it, also add our logos etc.

would be nice if it sent a calender invite also as its just acknowledgment and then customer has to manually add to their calendar which is a pain

Adding a quick link to download zoom would be amazing too, it would help in cases where clients cant figure out how to access zoom and cut down on friction

did you find a solution? EDIT: I was only able to turn it off completely in the calendar settings and create my own acknowledgement email via workflows.
