We're currently using Momence as our CRM and are considering migrating our 40+ sub-accounts to GHL, but this specific appointment setup isn’t possible in GHL yet. We hope to see this feature added soon!

The following is a sample scenario:

John (Customer 1) books a 25-minute session (7:00 AM - 7:25 AM).

7:00 AM - 7:15 AM: John stretches by himself on a machine.

7:15 AM: The machine becomes available.

7:15 AM - 7:25 AM: John is stretched by a therapist.

Prince (Customer 2) books a 15-minute self-stretch session starting at 7:15 AM (using the now-available machine).

7:15 AM - 7:30 AM: Prince stretches by himself.

7:25 AM - 7:30 AM: Therapist has a 5-minute buffer before assisting the next client.

7:30 AM - 7:40 AM: Prince is now attended by the therapist.

This cycle then repeats for the next customers following the same pattern.
