Don't refer to 'events' as 'calendars.'

The customer service agent who was helping me over zoom, kept referring to "calendars" I didn't understand what she meant because I only have one calendar, but she kept referring to calendars. It took me a while to realize that she was referring to the specific events/appointments I created on my calendar as 'calendars.' Customer service agents should not be referring to events as calendars. They should be referring to them as events or appointments, etc. This is very confusing terminology. In the high-level interface, there's also an area that refers to appointments as calendars. I'm not sure about other countries, but in the western hemisphere, no one refers to an event that is entered into the calendar as a 'calendar'
