Current Problem:

Currently, the Calendar View in GoHighLevel only displays the "Appointment Title" and "Time" on the event cards. For high-volume businesses like nail salons, spas, or medical clinics, this is very restrictive. Managers and receptionists have to click on each individual appointment just to see which service is being performed or to check specific customer notes.

Proposed Solution:

We need the ability to customize what information is displayed directly on the calendar event cards (the color blocks).

Ideally, there should be a "Display Settings" toggle within the Calendar View to:

Show/Hide Standard Fields: Contact Name, Phone Number, Assigned Staff, and Service Name.

Add Custom Fields: Allow users to pick at least 1-2 Custom Fields to display on the card (e.g., "Nail Tech Request" or "Room Number").

Flexible Formatting: If the time slot is too short, allow the information to be visible via a hover-over tooltip or by expanding the card height.

Benefit:

This will provide a true "at-a-glance" management experience. It saves time, reduces clicks, and significantly improves operational efficiency for agency owners and their clients who manage busy daily schedules.
