While we can currently set a global window booking window (date range), we need to be able to set windows for specific services and/or categories

Yes, we would love for this feature to be available. That way some members of our team can be available for limited time slots for a specific service, while being available for other services on different days.
Because this feature isn't available, I've had to use an external calendar service (YouCanBook.me) which has fantastic team functionality. I can get the bookings from YCBM into HighLevel via Webhook; unfortunately they can only be set as Events within a Workflow (for reminders) and don't show up as actual Appointments for the contact record. This is a serious limitation, I'd much rather have full built-in functionality inside the HighLevel calendars.
