  1. Currently, when a customer books a rental with a set duration (for example, 12 months), they can choose any available start date, and the booking runs for that duration from the selected date.
It would be very helpful that businesses could define specific booking start dates for a rental.
Example:
* Rental Duration: 12 months
* Allowed Start Date: January 1
* Booking Period: January 1 to December 31
In this example, customers would only be able to start their annual booking on January 1, instead of any date they choose.
This would also be useful for other types of rentals, such as:
* Seasonal rentals (e.g. May 5 to October 12 each year)
* Monthly rentals that always begin on the 1st of the month
* Weekly rentals that always begin on a specific day of the week
A possible implementation would be to allow admin to configure one or more allowed start dates for each rental. Any dates that do not match the configured start dates would be unavailable for booking.
  1. Additionally, the fixed booking start dates should show up as dropdown on the public calendar to allow easy selection without forcing customers to navigate through the calendar month by month to get to the nearest availability
This feature would benefit businesses such as marinas, campgrounds, RV parks, storage facilities, and other rental businesses that operate on fixed rental periods instead of rolling durations.
