Custom Availability by Calendar Type: Flexible Scheduling for Round Robin Appointments

Feature Request Overview:
Service providers need the ability to set custom availability per calendar type, allowing them to have different schedules for various appointment types (e.g., in-office vs. virtual meetings) while still functioning within a round-robin booking system.
Current Limitation:
GoHighLevel (GHL) does not allow different availability settings per appointment type for the same provider.
Example issue:
A provider only wants to do in-office meetings on Mondays and Fridays, but wants to take virtual meetings the rest of the week.
Another provider may have a different schedule altogether.
The round-robin system does not currently support this level of availability customization.
Proposed Solution:
Allow service providers to define availability separately for each calendar type.
Example:
In-office meetings → Monday & Friday only
Virtual meetings → Tuesday to Thursday
Another provider may have different availability settings.
Ensure round-robin functionality remains intact by factoring in these custom schedules when distributing appointments.
Use Case Example:
A multi-provider clinic or consulting firm uses round-robin scheduling but has different availability preferences:
Dr. Smith takes in-office patients on Mondays & Fridays and virtual consults on Tues-Thurs.
Dr. Jones takes in-office appointments on Wednesdays but virtual meetings every other day.
The system should automatically rotate bookings based on each provider’s specific availability.
Why This Matters:
✅ Improves flexibility for providers managing multiple appointment types.
✅ Ensures round-robin scheduling remains fair and balanced.
✅ Eliminates manual workarounds like maintaining multiple calendars for each provider.
This feature would significantly enhance scheduling efficiency for businesses that operate both in-person and virtual services while ensuring a seamless booking experience for clients.
