Create Past Appointments

Just line in Google calendar, I can create an appointment in the past it would be great to do that in GHL. For example we have a separate system that we have been using and didn't know about ghl. We have now moved to ghl but have past appointments in the old system that we would need to transfer over for reporting AND for post appointment automations to work but we can't do this.

Please make this possible because sometimes we have verbal, ad-hoc appointments without it being booked in advance and neither through the system. But we still want to have it recorded in the system after the event as our sales people's report are based on this.

I found a solution. What they can do is add the contact on an available day and time, once added, they drag it to the day and time they had the meeting. This way I was able to manage it for the migration of previous customer appointments.
It's a bit slow if they have a lot of appointments to move or add. What we applied was all the ones from the first week of starting to use the system. But it works, because you can't automatically schedule or select appointments in the past.

QW GPS one option you have is if you are linked to Google Calendar, you can add it there and it appears in the GHL agenda. The other option I found, is as it is in CALENDAR, you add whatever event you want no matter if it's a service event or event in general. Make sure to add it 1-2 hours after the current time. So far it allows me to drag that future meeting and move it backwards but in the same week. More than that week that appears on the calendar does not allow me.

Problem: It is not currently possible to create appointments in the past, which prevents the usage of GHL calendar data to accurately track staff hours if an appointment wasn't added to a calendar before it took place. When trying to book an appointment in the past (even using Custom), the dates are all greyed out and there is a "no" icon that appears where the cursor is.
As a medical assistant/service provider/someone who schedules appointments, I should be able to schedule appointments in the past if a service was provided before the appointment had been booked.
We are currently able to do this in Acuity, and we use the appointment data in an automated process validate our timesheets. We would like to do that with GHL so that we no longer need to use Acuity.

We have several clients who need to book appointments in the past (for reporting reason, etc...) for Contacts in the "Appointment" tab. Currently, this isn't possible.
