If contact has the ability to add more than 1 guests to the class booking calendar, it could be used as an activity booking calendar.
It will show available slots, then we can add multiple guests and payment is taken according to the number of guests added to that event.

I have experience running a kayak tour business and have worked with both
Peek Pro
and Rezdy
. I’d be happy to provide input on this feature or participate in any closed beta.Here are my suggestions to make the Class Booking Calendar more usable for activity and tour operators:
- Allow one contact to book for multiple guests in a single transaction, with the total number of guests correctly reducing available capacity.
- Add proper resource management, allowing businesses to define limited equipment (e.g. 17 single kayaks and 5 tandem kayaks) with set quantities and real-time availability.
- Let clients select resource/equipment type during booking (single vs tandem), either per participant or for the group as a whole.
- Support fractional resource consumption — one person on a tandem kayak should consume half a tandem resource.
- Allow mixed resource bookings within a single reservation (e.g. some singles and some tandems in the same booking).
- Add the ability to set a maximum group size per booking, independent of physical resource availability (useful for safety ratios and logistics).
- Make group size limits guide-specific— each guide can have their own maximum capacity, and availability should reflect which guides can handle the requested group size.
- Allow multiple guides to be assigned to the same session, with total group capacity increasing additively based on the guides assigned.
- Provide clear visibility of resource and guide assignments for staff, with the ability to manually reallocate both resources and guides after booking.
- Include flexible pricing options such as per-person pricing, resource-based pricing, add-ons, and automatic calculations based on total guests and selected resources.
If anyone else has experience with activity or tour booking platforms (Peek, Rezdy, FareHarbor, etc.), I’d love to hear what features you’ve found valuable — or what’s been missing — so we can help shape a stronger solution.

We need to give contacts who book a slot in the Class Booking calendar the ability to add x guests to the event.
Additionally, the event counter must include these guests, not just the main contact who booked the slot.

We need a way to analyze total booked slots per designated booking slot time.
Possibly an added widget or conditional filter to the dashboard that shows guest count as a displayable metric.

This feature has been built and reviewed but is on hold for now and was to be revisited after October 2025. Swadha Bhoj Is there any news or updates since it is already built??

After some time on the internet looking at how to achieve what is being discussed, can any one from High Level provide an update? We are currently within the trial period and the inability for multiple people to be signed up maybe a factor for whether we go onto the paid version or not.
