If contact has the ability to add more than 1 guests to the class booking calendar, it could be used as an activity booking calendar.

It will show available slots, then we can add multiple guests and payment is taken according to the number of guests added to that event.

After some time on the internet looking at how to achieve what is being discussed, can any one from High Level provide an update? We are currently within the trial period and the inability for multiple people to be signed up maybe a factor for whether we go onto the paid version or not.

Hi Swadha Bhoj, can we follow up with this please? All of my service clients are depending on this to onboard as one person can book a service for their families/friends just like other booking platforms. Can we do anything to prioritize this one?

Update on Class Booking Enhancements
We know many of you are looking forward to the class booking enhancements. While the feature has been built and reviewed, we’re unable to release it right now due to other priorities and technical constraints. This feature is on hold for now and will be revisited after October 2025.

Swadha Bhoj I do many classes that have many people attend. The classes are multiple days. Need the ability to have a person sign up for a class that is multiple days and have it automatically block the calendar for those days when someone signs up. And then still give the ability for others to sign-up after the calendar has been blocked.

Case: Mother and daughter want to book a Spa session together. Calendar should charge them per seat.
