I've been trying to get this set up for months now, and am running into a brick wall.
I want to be able to change 1 appointment (duration or date or user) at a time, without changing the "all events" level of the recurring appointment.
On Google, when you have a recurring event, it allows you to change the event for just this appointment, or all events in the future. Why isn't this an option?
My case is with cleaning companies, where some cleaners are off that day certain weeks, but not others, or the cleaning at one house may be 40 minutes whereas the next house might be 4 hours.
This is a major problem and needs to be addressed ASAP! GHL support has no idea how to do it after multiple attempts.
So far my only solution is creating a new calendar for each customer, which is a pain at scale as most cleaners have to do this for 80% of their customer base.
