Hi, may I make a friendly suggestion or give my idea about your calendar?

Please understand that I have a mobile service business like many many many others out there (Electricians, plumbers, home cleaners, mobile mechanics, etc.). Unfortunately NO online booking system really supports those type of businesses. And I really searched everywhere and tried lots of different systems. On the other hand there are thousands which focus on classes or phone call bookings.

Starting with the simple things why your and most other booking systems are not suitable for my business:

We come to the customer. Not the customer comes to us or is meeting us in a virtual room.

We give time frames for our arrival. My business offers 2 types of time frame for the arrival, Flexible, we arrive between 8am - 4.30pm or Priority, we arrive in a 2h time window for example between 8am - 10am. But we CAN NOT give exact times for the arrival. (Some jobs take longer, some are quicker, traffic is unpredictable, etc.) If I let a customer book at 8am this will turn into big problems, like the customer calling me multiple times when we arrive, upset customers because they were promised something that did not happen (arrival at 8am) or customers are simply not home anymore because we didn't arrive on time, etc.

95% of booking systems out there can only display an exact time for a booking - not suitable for me and probably not suitable for most other mobile service businesses.

The minimum requirements for my business would be,

a booking system that allows to display time frames as booking options. Not fixed times

a booking system that allows overlapping bookings (lots of customers are home all day and flexible with the time of the arrival, I just want to book all of them on one day in the same time frame, during the day I decide how to schedule them for my technicians. But one technician will have multiple of those bookings who he can visit at any time between 8am - 4.30pm)

(I would have many more ideas, but without meeting these basic requirements it's simple not usable to start with.)

My business surely is not a special case, it's just a mobile service business like many many many out there, but no booking system cares about us.

Gohighlevel seems very ambitious in implementing new features, maybe thing about this.
